Are you available to meet in person?
You bet! Once we have all the information necessary to schedule a consultation we will schedule a date and time to meet to discuss our services with you.
What do I need to reserve my wedding date for your services?
You will need a non-refundable 50% deposit of your total package price and a signed contract to hold your date. Weddings are booked first-come, first-serve. Your remaining balance will be due a week before your scheduled wedding date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, money orders, cash and *all major credit cards.
* An additional service fee may be included with all credit card payments
How intrusive will you be on our wedding day?
Not one bit! All of our footage is shot candid. As such, we will remain “behind the scenes” while capturing the essential footage required to make an interesting, emotionally charged and fun to watch video. Also, we don’t use any lights at the church and only non-intrusive camera-mounted lights at the reception. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make it look like we were never there at all.
Do you offer your services for destination weddings?
Absolutely! We love doing destination weddings. Please contact us for more information regarding our destination wedding packages.
When will I be able to see my completed video?
Pending on which package you select, it can take up to 8 – 12 weeks after your wedding day to see your final video. Traditionally, you should see your trailer for your film in the first 3-6 weeks after your wedding day. In addition, your wedding video will be hosted privately on our website so you can share it with friends and family on social media.
Will I own the rights to my video?
Absolutely! Once your video is completed and all payments have been received, (upon request) we will send you an HD video file so you can upload your final film to Facebook or YouTube. Our philosophy is, it’s your video. Do whatever you want to do with it.
Do you offer customized packages/ala carte items?
We here at Bright Day Films know that every wedding day is unique. It is with that knowledge that we offer the ability to have our couples customize a package that fits their needs as well as their budget. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of video services, we cannot offer refunds. Our business is 100% referral based and every attempt to ensure your experience and quality of our products is our utmost priority. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is liquidated into business assets. We will however do our best to accommodate your newly scheduled date the best we can.
